Wheel sizes

I am running a 1990 964 C4 which is fitted with 16x6J front and 16x7J rear design 90's.
I want to purchase some replacement design 90 wheels and whilst looking for information I found that the rears fitted are listed as winter wheels and 16x8J's are the normally fitted wheel size.
Can anyone tell me the correct wheels to fit and are wheel specs country specific, I know there were optional wheels fitted but I would like to keep to the standard ones.

You're right - the standard fit Design 90s were 6J and 8J. Part nos. 964.362.112.00 (F) & 964.362.116.00 (R). The 16" Cup 1 wheels were optional although the same size. P/Ns were 944.362.113.00 (F) and 928.362.117.00 (R).

Offsets in all cases was 52.3mm.

One thing I found the 7J wheels started with a 55mm offset that was later reduced to 52.3mm around '91

The 16 inch cup wheels I had for sale (just sold them) were 7J with an ET of 55 and 8J with an ET of 52. Slightlyt different part numbers to those posted by Dave. See this link for more details:
