I am trying to get a set of Fuchs wheels on my 87 944 turbo, I can find any with the correct offset! Any ideas what I can do? These just wont fit will they?http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-17-Alloy-Wheels-x-4-Fuchs-Design-NEW-/140523756915?pt=UK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET&hash=item20b7de5d73

4x 7"x17" at a shade over £500? If so theyll fit although the sizes arent ideal. Ive been trying (more accurately, last year I tried) to find the 8"+ versions in America that the vendor insists are available to make a proper set, but without success.

I would like them staggered with 17x8 front and 17x9 rear. Currently running 16x7 boxster wheels and I really don't like them. Just can't find anything to fit, pure pain. Without spending £1000s

The posting says other size/finish/offsets are available...did you check with them about your requirements?

Yes, its a less than honest ad. He has 7" wide 17" dia wheels with one offset only in 130mm PCD.

It is a real shame they don't make those replicas in more suitable sizes for later 944s []

The ET40's will fit fine. They will sit 13mm further out than the standard 7" ET53 D90's but there is plenty of space before you hit the wheel arch. The rears will just look a little skinny on a Turbo [:(]

Not sure if this link will work but try these

Might still be a shade expensive but you can choose your width between front and rear

Theyre quite nice, but dont match so you cant use them to make sets. A full set from D911 will cost twice as much (the best part of £1,000).

You can get exactly the Fuchs your looking for from Tech 9 up in Liverpool but yes the price is very eye watering.
