What ranking do 968'ers have?

Just looked at the number of posts on the various registers on this site, there are 15 registers in total and we are 11th at the moment. I do not know the history of this 968 forum (John H -- please help) but we have not been around as long as some of the others.

Boxsters are top of the bunch, 912's are 2nd, 944's are 5th, 924's are 12th.

It is interesting to ponder where we might be at the end of 2004 -- higher up the ranking I guess.

bye

THat's it, Helen will hijack the 968 forum and you'll be top!

Oooohhhh I might have something to do with it as well![:D]

I promised Mr Cookson-smith that i wouldn't interfer with this forum, so i won't.

i'll continue hanging out in the chat room/off topic (sub section of the general forum page)that no one but me can see[&o][&o]
think it must be Jeffs way of getting rid of me[;)]

AHA ... my patented Goff Trap worked!

Thanks Helen and a very happy new year. You and your Boxster are always welcome here (even more so when the GT3 arrives!)

Only 15 more posts to go and we will have reached 500 on this 968 forum.

Well done to all, especially our moderator John H who has to read it all !! Have a drink on us.

I'm over 3500 posts on the www.xpower-mg.com/forum I moderate on so I reckon with some work if I do get a 968 I might be able to boost your ratings as a certified Internet Junkie.

If Mikeh is going to join us, 500 should be no problem!

And thanks Paul, moderating this forum has been a pleasure so far.

At this rate it'll be upto 600 by the weekend, and I don't even have a Porsche yet [:D]

With this post we have only 50 more required to overtake the 964 register, their most recent post was on the 7th -- no contest. Onwards and upwards

Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to post here much longer as PCGB in their infinate wisdom have decided it will be closed to none PCGB members, which until I buy one I wouldn't be joining, very sad. I've posted in the General discussion area to air my thoughts, just hope someone listens.

Sorry to read your post, was not aware that such restrictions were about to be applied to the site. (When are you being cut off?)

John H might be able to get you honorary membership !!

You will be missed, but I guess it won't be long though until you have your own 968, then membership of this most select of forums is a must -- see you then.

All the very best

MikeH ... frankly matey, were it within my power, I'd grant you a complimentary membership, if only for the MASSIVE thread you started on the general discussion page.

Nice one!

LOL

I certainly didn't expect that can of worms to be quite so big. [&:] ooops

PS logged onto 968uk today so I'll probably see you on there when I have something constructive to post and this one goes from my reach [;)]

How about coming along on Feb 28th? At least you should get a chance to ride in one or two 968's even if you do not drive your MG. see this post:

alternatively, buy a 1:24 model from stu on 968uk.com and while away the long dark evenings assembling it[:D][:D]

I might just do that, probably as a spectator tho'. As for the MG hopefully it'll be gone by then, got it on all the MG sites at the mo, and it'll be in the press next week. You never know I might even have a 968 to bring with me.

We have just overtaken 964's and Moderns, measured on the number of posts on this forum. We are now 8th in the pecking order. Great job everyone.

and with Mikes 'noobie' thread getting 800 hits, we are going places fast! bit like driving a 968[:D]
