What do we think about Euro car Parts ?

Was thinking of getting a few bits in advance of my major service at Zentrum

Spark plugs £4.40 each
Rear Wiper blade £20.79
Front wiper set £25.55
Pollen Filter £10.20

or even the service kit containing
Oil/Air/pollen filters, spark plug and drain plug washer £69.35

Has anyone bought anything from here and are they OE quality ?

Also what about the brake pads and discs Pagid or textar sebro ? Any good?

Cheers in advance

Steve

Used the textar / Sebro combo on my first 996, no issues at all, plugs and filter will be cheaper too though not sure about the wipers, last set I got from OPC were cheaper than elsewhere with PCGB discount

Steve,

I've bought lots of parts from them and they are all good quality and the delivery is exceptional. The brake disks are fine, but dependent on which make you buy you may have to give the hub part a coat of primer to stop them going rusty once fitted. The OE ones have this applied already.

I really rate them because they will deliver literaly next day if you get stuck for a part and I can't find anyone cheaper, so don't worry, just order!

I must just add - I think Bosch wiper blades are cr*p - always chattering and screaming regardless of all efforts trying to get them properly aligned perpendicular to the windscreen, and thats on my other cars too. That said, it's nothing to do with Europarts.

On the wiper blades they list Hella OEM fronts as well as OE rear ? Any good?

I haven't got the time to drive to an OPC. It would cost me a fair bit in fuel

Sebro disks have the painted hats, and are indistiguishable from originals. You won't go wrong with the Sebro/Textar combo.

Try PIAA silicone wipers. I have used them for years and they are brilliant. I get mine from www.a-pp.com . A bit more pricy than Bosch, but they don't judder, even when the screen is bone dry.

Yep, no problems there as far as I know, got those on my van. My son bought me some with silver metalwork and they have been fantastic, but I've never managed to find them again and he can't remeber where he got them! they were excellent....probably ebay!

Bought my Boxster's replacement Bosch Silver battery from them. They initially provided the wrong (too small) capacity, but replaced it the next day with no questions asked.

Ditto, a massive improvement on the OEM.

As for ECP, just make sure you get the right part as they frequently list the wrong parts for different models, especially on brake sensors and pads.
