went away for a week and everyone disappeared... n/m

I' m still here.

There is a monthly meeting at the Ace Cafe on Tuesday the 24th June. You East End boys are pretty close to that aren' t you?

Yes "" It all went a bit weird recently.

A few people started navel-gazing and posted nothing but: IT discussion, moderation, club directors vs members, "what is a forum?""¦..Basically anything but stuff on Porsche cars.

I became one of the silent majority who didn't want to prolong this by becoming involved, so I've been on the Pelican board. It seems to have settled down now.

Ace Cafe sounds great... not sure if I can make it as yet as my missus works ' oop north' during the week, and I am usually tucking the lil miss up in bed. Should know later this week...
is it a Porsche heavy meet or just the usual petrol heads?

We seem to have the only area not tarnished with this inane babble... glad you guys are intelligent enough to keep the subjects to 912' s!
Thanks for making my life easy...
Maybe come back soon when it' s calmed down... I knew I shouldn' t have gone on holiday[;)]

Well I missed the politics going off luckily....

But the Ace sounds good though if a few of you guys are heading there, would be good to put faces to names!

All I need to do now is put the car back together in time....[:D]

I like to tease em on the politics thread, great fun.

Anyway.

I' m game for the ACE on the 8th July, don' t look to bad a journey from Reading.
