welding on front wings, should it look like this ?

Went to view a car today, looking at some of the welding on the front strut area and thought it looked a bit `amateur`. It`s a low mileage well looked after car, with no reason to think there was anything out of order.

But this just seemed to stand out compared to the tidy spot welds around it.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.
