Valve stem seals

Hello,

Assembling the head of my S2 at the moment and wondering how deep valve stem seals should sit on the valve guides?
I feel I have pushed them as far as I could but it still feels they could go a bit deeper?

Can't remember going through this when assembling my 8V head, though that was 4 years ago...
