Vac line needs a home

I have had the car in bits for some time now and putting back together this evening I find I have one Vac line that is need a home. It runs under the inlet manifold and seems to exit around the throttle body area but i cannot see where it goes, its not the one to the dump valve as that is place, anyone???

Also can anyone tell me the correct route for the throttle cable across the engine mine has been basically laying on the top of the engine since I have owned the car.
 
Could be the one between the coolant elbow at the back of the head and the throttle body.

I've recently found out the value of investigating and correcting the routing of the vacuum connections myself on my 924 Turbo - a complete transformation!

OK, I know it's not a 944, but the words (copied from the Lindsey Racing website above) sum it up.....

Most of these cars are at least 2 decades old. Chances are there has been many sets of hands on the engine, repairing or replacing parts over the years. Even if you already have, or are about to replace your vacuum lines, don't assume that they were plumbed correctly. Most cars have things incorrect. The difference when corrected in how the car runs can be night and day.
 
haven't had a turbo for a few years now, but one vac line runs to the throttle body doesn't it? - the connector is right at the bottom of the front face - you need to remove the hose to see it.

Cheers guys, it was indeed the one from the bottom of the throttle body.

The engine is now back together[:)]
