Some of you maybe aware of my pursuit to find useful engineering services here on the IoM?![8|]
Well I think I have found someone.
Ballaconley Engineering Ltd, at the Ramsey shipyard.
This workshop offer a complete service for all automotive engineering tasks: from cylinder head flycut through to brake disc skimming. All types of welding, shot blasting, fabrication, etc. Replacing worn bushes & bearings, and other lathe work. They even have access to 3D CAD ( for modeling objects). A collection & delivery service is also available.

I just had all 4 discs on my T4 transporter done for £56 incl VAT.
Just proves that NOT everything on this island is way-over priced (did I say "rip-off"???) -- No - monopoly??? OH?
