Events over the next week/14 Days

Saturday 9th December – Christmas event at Porsche Centre, South Lakes. See Facebook for more information. We have arranged breakfast at Bridge House Farm Tea Rooms, Wray (Between Lancaster (Caton) and Kirkby Lonsdale at 10.00 before heading off to PC South Lakes. This is only a few minutes from PC South Lakes. Please – Book your breakfast with via Alan Ridehalgh at Alan.ridehalgh1952@gmail.com

Sunday 10th December – Breakfast at The Mill at St Catherine's Hospice 9.00 to 12.00. There is always a good turnout of Sports & Classic Cars there, and a great Charity and Christmas Shop for the ladies. Book an excellent breakfast direct at www.themillatstcatherinespark.co.uk. Take outs also available.

Monday 11th December – Evening Drive through Blackpool Illuminations. Arrive from Porsche Centre Preston from 17.00 to leave at 17.45 to drive the Air Balloon at Blackpool Airport for a meal before driving through Blackpool Illuminations, northwards. Last year it was 2 for 1 meals there on a Monday. If you ware planning to attend please let me know and I can warn the Air Balloon how many to expect.

Sunday 17th December – Cars & Coffee – Chung Ku Restaurant, Columbus Quay, Liverpool, L4 3ED. These are exceptionally busy Cars & Coffee events. Arrive by 8.30. The organisers are asking for you to bring along something for a donation to a local Food Bank. Check it's Facebook page for more information.
Wednesday 20th December – Monthly Meeting – Garstang Golf Club. Sean Conboy has judged the photographic competition and will be critiquing the entries and announcing the winner. For those that have ordered calendars, these will be available for collection. I will email you with the prices. Please wear your Christmas Jumpers and a prize will be available for the winner.

Tuesday 26th December – 9.30 Meet at Lakeland Motor Museum at its Sports & Classic Car event. This is always a very busy event with a wide variety of sports and classic cars. If you want breakfast or lunch please book directly with the café as there are usually long queues. Don’t forget your PCGB or other car club membership card as they used to give a discount for members when going around the museum.

Monday 1st January Breakfast meeting at Charity Farm, Apply Bridge. 8.30 to 12.00

Sunday 14th January Breakfast Meeting at The Mill at St Catherine's Hospice

17th January Monthly Meeting – This may be cancelled or moved to another venue depending on feedback at our December meeting.

We are currently planning other events and if you would like to organise, or help to organise something, please let Alan Ridehalgh or I know ASAP.





 
Due to the poor weather of late we have decided to postpone teh planed visit to Porsche Centre, preston followed by a drive through Bcackpool Iluminations until a later date
