Tyre Comfort Pressures?

I have a 992.2 GTS 4 and run the standard 40PSI rear and 34PSI front what's shows on the label. I have seen a post about using comfort settings for a better ride and even suggesting better handling. Do any of you use comfort settings (33PSI rear and 30PSI front) at all and does this reduce tyre life?

No-one buys a Porsche 911 primarily to focus on comfortable motoring, so I'm inclined to recommend using settings recommended by Porsche for performance as anything else is likely to be sub-optimum to the main purpose. 😉

Clive

Thanks. I don’t mind it but my wife thinks my 911 GTS ride is harder than the 718 GTS I had so I have been thinking about doing it for when we do our next proper road trip.

Porsche seem the be running 911 stiffer nowadays. My 2022 Turbo S was one of the stiffest I have owned.
Comfort setting will be fine for your trip with Mrs. SWMBO, but don't forget to reinstate upon your return. 👍🏼
Regards,

Clive
