Shame Al that the "Rose" is getting the chop but you obviously need a clear out, now then,. Germany, have you been in touch with yer man with the accommodation Nr the Ring ? i hope you are still up for it................see the sticky post about the trip

Al, seen your list of bits, pencil me in for the clutch kit, i presume this is plate and disc ?
Hold the torque tube as Mike Moore maybe looking for one, i will speak to him tomorrow.
Regards Jim.

Don't shout at me folks as this should be a PM, cannot be arrised re typing TBH [:)]

No probs Jim, will do. The clutch will be the disk and plate. I will dig out the details, it is called Gasthof Gillies in Mullenbach.
Bought this old thing in Holland so the scrapping is helping pay for that.

Obviously an old racer of some type looking at the air duct to the front brakes and the tank........pray tell ?

It is a 1967 TD1C, has been in a garage for 40 years. 250 twin with remote float carbs which I have. Worth more than all but the very best 944s and a tenth of the work! There were only 6 imported into Holland, I bought it off the guy that sold it new in 1967. Trying to trace the original owner at th moment but have found the guy who had it from 1971 until 1973.

Bike looks amazing! Doesn't have to be from a turbo but you don't happen to have a black ashtray for oval dash handy do you?

I am not receiving PMs gents for some reason even though there is space in my Inbox. Email me instead,
