For all the trackday types...

Do you cover your car for track use?
If so, who do you use / who can you recommend?

Specifically, I'm looking for a company that will cover me for a few days at the 'ring...perhaps I'm asking too much...but hopefully someone will know a suitable company.

My insurance company don't want to know.

Speak to Ann Manning of Henly-on-Thames (they advertise in PP).
I have track day cover from them and can recommend their service.
 
Or if you search for "Bickley Insurance" on this forum you will find some details of a broker which can do cover as part of your standard policy.
