Thanks for all your advice on upgrade to Gen 1 S Sport or Gen 2 PDK.... Well having got through all of that and realised I would be spending over £60k on Gen 2 with the options i would want (just cant help myself!) and that the Sport runout is basically same car few more toys..... I need a little something.....
  
I used to own a modified Audi TT MK1 with a big turbo conversion, circa 340BHP and and 0-60 in 4.8, a quick fun car, loved it but every time I did a track day it would cost me £500 in repairs, no matter how hard I tried i could never get it reliable for track use! For the road, great but not track... all done properly too Brembo's, Bilstein PS9's etc.....
  
Anyways, i miss the performance of that car but reliability on track was why I bought the Cayman (not tracked it yet!) So to get matching performance as far as I can see £8,500 buys you nearly 500BHP and according to the American forums a reliable motor.... Has anyone on here done it or know someone who has? And if not WHY NOT??!!! ]

Also has anyone suffered the oil surge issue I read about on other forums when they have tracked their cars? Has anyone done any mods to alleviate this issue?
  
Let me know your thoughts guys...... I just feel the need for something different and with a bit more oooommmppphhhhhh...... and a daily driver!
