Torque Tube Bearing Bush

Does anyone know where you can get replacement bushings for the torque tube bearings (the sleave between the driveshaft and bearing - not the carriers). I have found one company in the US that makes replicas using Delrin, but they are closed at present. Anywhere in the UK that sells these?
