Torque chart/sheet

Has anyone come across a good sheet/chart that I could print off to keep in garage listing all the bolt torque figures for our cars. Find myself constantly nipping inside with grubby hands to look up figures [sm=spanner1.gif]

Assuming you have internet access you could look up the shop manuals online and print the appropriate pages - probably the easiest way to do it. I print the required page depending on what I'm working on so I'm slowly building a pile of "quick reference" material. The only trouble I have with the online manuals is that they are not a "proper" pdf document. It appears they were scanned and the resulting file saved as a pdf rather than the original "ready for pint" electronic document being saved as a pdf so the pdf search functions are limited and navigation is pretty poor. If anyone knows where proper docs are available - please share.

There are also still some torques missing - as I was reminded recently doing the belts - I think it was the belt tension adjuster bolts - in my case I went back to my notes from last time I did the job, but otherwise the information is about trawling around the net...

Agree something like that would be a good idea... I've been looking for an excuse to laminate something... just because I can;-)

A Danish site was recently the subject of a post, link is http://www.9ss1.dk/porsche944/index-uk.html
The workshop manuals are a better scan than usual and they appear searchable, in Firefox anyway.
