Thats cheap ! I just paid £63.61 including TIPEC discount for a throttle cable for my oval dash 944 from my OPC . To add insult to injury it turned out my original cable wasn't stretched as i had first thought and the slack in it was due to a missing part in the throttle pedal mechanism [Just rang my local OPC who have quoted me £13.50 !!

Just goes to show how much better the PCGB discount is? [
Might also be because yours is the later model and different. [

They are getting me a THROTTLE Cable by tomorrow, but it's going to cost £58 as predicted. However, I moaned about their mistake and they are going to discount it for me.....[

One thing of interest-the cable on the car adjusts by the throttle body. It's replacement adjusts at the bulkhead. I pointed it out and the parts man checked-apparently the one I just bought is the only one listed for my car, so it seems to have the wrong cable fitted-series 2 maybe??

My OPC also told me that they couldn't give me the full PCGB discount on older parts, turned out they thought it was 15% but were happy to give 10%. On many parts they are generally cheaper than the alternatives.
