Throckmorton Help for Heroes Air Show

Hi All,

John McGirl has asked us to post details of the event at Throckmorton Airfield on June 11th, see below. Couldn't be in a better cause, and there will be a Club stand with coffee etc. on the day. [:)]

On Saturday 11th June 2011
The action starts at 12pm - 5.30pm
Displays include:
West Mercia & RAF Police Dogs & Handlers Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue
Crash Demonstration
West Midlands Police Pipe Band
Parachute Freefall Team
Various Military & Police Vehicles
Police Helicopters & Air Ambulance
Army Bomb Disposal Squad
Royal Marines Display Team
Aerial Displays "˜Fly pasts'
Including the BBMF Spitfire Helicopter Static Displays
Famous Faces From The TV Cop Shows "Road Wars" & "Traffic Cops"
UK GARRISON "" The Worlds Definitive Imperial Costuming Organisation will also be in
attendance with film characters for you to pose with.
Tickets £20 donation per car - limited availability

to change without notice in the event of weather & operations.
Tickets are non-refundable as this is a charity event.

The aircraft has just come out of annual but I already have a choice of two events to attend on the 11th, one of which is project Propellor where we volunteer to pick up WWII aircrew from their local airfields and fly them into a reunion - an honour to do and intensely humbling.

Will look out for this next year - looks a good event to fly into
