Thinking of selling

This is my 1992 c4 cab.

I am thinking of selling so that I can buy a coupe. I have two young children and a coupe would be a better option and much easier to fit rear car seats into.
And travelling with the roof down whilst they are in the back is a no no. It's far too breezy for them.

The club has valued it at 23k, how realistic is this price when actually coming to sell it?

I have been, dare I say it... Looking at a 993 c2s but haven't really made my mind up which coupe model I want, I just think it would be better off all round.

My only dilemma is that I have brought this car back to life over a period of 2 years and therefore have a good grasp on what has been done on it, and I love it to bits.

Advise please
