The High Mile Club

Not putting mileage on your car is like having a beautiful girlfriend/wife and only rarely ****ing her just to ensure that she is a more attractive proposition for her next boyfriend/husband. [:D][:D][:D]

same here mine has never went as well, engine pulling stronger than ever

102k clicks on mine [;)]

It's as good as new ...

They are good for 300k clicks with reasonable care, and I have the worst problems with mine only when it isn't used !!

So, stop counting and drive them !!

Mine is on around 95000, approx. half of which is down to me over the last dozen years. Still feels fantastic, no rebuilds, pulls really well.

Just completed a 2225 mile round trip London -> Dusseldorf -> Austria -> Bavaria -> Dusseldorf -> London... approaching the 90k mark, & you know what, I think I can remember each and every single one of them. [:D]

Just checked my records for Cuppie....

27000kms when I bought it in '01, 37000kms at last MOT in 2003, turned 50,000kms at Silverstone a month ago.... so that's over 10,000 klicks on track in six years....[:)] which makes sense at about 10 track days per year at 100 milesish per track day......

Only just cracked the 2000km mark so way to go to catch you Melv!

12 years in storage has its benefits.

Just booked Spa for the 15th Sept.

Your favourite track instructor will be there if all goes well. He still needs to convince Steve (McQueen) to transport the famous 993 Supercup [:D][:D]
