Hi All
Thought I’d share some good news to brighten up the forum and show off a pic of my new toy! It’s a Targa 4S in Night Blue Metallic with black leather/crayon stitching. I’m pleased to say all options (and standard fit items like 2 x keys) appear to be all present and correct. I’m really pleased with the spec I went for which was as follows ;

[blockquote]T4S
Night Blue Metallic
Black Leather, crayon stitching
Careers Classic wheels
Sports seat 14 way
Heated GT Steering Wheel
Sport Chrono
Sports Exhaust
LED headlights PDLS+
Park Assist/Surround Camera
Lane Change Assist
Homelink
Folding mirrors
Porsche courtesy lights
Bose sound
Leather interior pack
Porsche crests on headrests

[/blockquote]Its got the new PCM 6.0 which is same as the Taycan but I’ve yet to find a manual (app or online) so I’m trying to work things out by intuition at the moment. It continues with the same wireless Apple CarPlay I had before but this time it goes full screen. It also appears to have less ‘tile’ based layout options having just 2 options : Home screen with all main section icons or 3 x main tiles which you can choose from a short list. It does appear to have better voice control which I still need to get into :)

I went for XPel front PPF and GT Technic ceramic on the remaining panels and wheels.

So far so good…will keep you posted and hope to meet up soon….

Very nice indeed Jeffers, looks amazing. And positive news all of your options were present on the car and 2 keys included. Bodes well for people due to take deliveries soon. Enjoy your new toy. :)

Congratulations! Great spec.
Did you have the Xpel as a factory option or done here?

Looks a very nice car and spec, hopefully mine should arrive end November early December, fingers crossed.
Slightly different spec, but the one thing I wanted to add but couldn't was a rear wiper, any ideas why you can't?

Nice spec Steve post some pics when you can…. I went for a softer ‘GT touring spec’ but may contemplate a more ‘hard core’ GTS for my next one…..I don’t know about the rear wiper maybe its a curved (and/or heated) glass constraint?…..thanks for everyones positive comments I’m loving the new toy….I went for AWW xPel PPF to the main front facing body panels and GT Technique coating remaining panels (i.e. not the factory option)

Hi All
Quick update on the PCM6.0 manual - Porsche GB have released a new ‘MyPorsche’ App which now has the manual included. They told me this will replace the previous ‘Good to know’ app. PCM 6.0 has lots of personal config options like before - its only the Home Screen that’s changed as far as I can see. The rocker switch on the dashboard and function button on the steering wheel can now be programmed to do more things too :)

My new GT3 has PCM 6.0 and I'm not convinced it's a good update on the previous 5.X version.
The new My Porsche app whilst providing access to the manual has reduced the Navigation functionality by doing away with the ability to send a destination to the car with additional stopovers. On the original MyPorsche App when you select Explore and then search for a destination before sending that to the car there is an additional option (an arrow) on the right edge of the display which when selected shows the route on the Phone display. Then it's possible to Edit the route by adding Stopovers before sending the entire route to the car. I haven't found a way to do this with the new App so I'm sticking with the original MyPorsche App.
