My C2 engine has recently developed a fault which means that it can no longer hold a steady tickover. The revs oscillate; they die, sometimes they are recovered and overcompensated and sometimes not, leading to a stall. This happens hot and cold. Any standard reasons, and typical costs? It is booked in for examination but is it safe to drive in the meantime.. apart from stalling at crossroads! Or is this all gone into on another part of the site?
