Storage question

I need to store my 993 for between 4 - 6 months. I am clued up on all the stuff I should do around tire pressures etc as each year I often won't drive the 993 for 3 months over the winter and it sits in the garage on a battery maintainer.

The difference this year is that the car will be somewhere without an electricity supply and the battery goes flat after about 3 weeks if it is not on a maintainer. So I have no option but to disconnect the battery and then refit (fully charged) when it is time to re-use the car.

Ideally I will just reconnect the battery and the car will start :- ) However anybody know if there will be any issues with the electrics and the immobiliser etc after an extended time disconnected? Car is factory standard and fitted with the PA2000 immobiliser.

Any knowledge passed on with be gratefully received.

The Alarm should go off when you disconnect the Battery unless you use the small key to turn off the sounder in the engine bay.
Not had any other issues before on mine.

I have a battery isolator attached, which I use quite regularly when I know I am not using the car for awhile. I have never had a problem with the alarm/immobiliser when turning it back on.
