Steering wheel lock

Good afternoon,
Does anyone have any opinions about steering wheel locks? I'm considering a Disklok Diamond small size for my Macan GTS (steering wheel dia 370mm) but I'm not sure if a Disklok will foul the flappy paddles; has any one any advice please, or can any one recommend an alternative such as a Stoplock Pro?

Hi Phil

Long time since we last spoke, hope you haven't had to use the spare wheel!

When I had my Macan Turbo, I had a Disklok, small size and it was excellent and didn't foul the flappy paddles. I now use it on my 992 Carrera T and again doesn't foul the paddles. Just make sure you also purchased the steering wheel cover to eliminate any damage to the steering wheel when using the Disklok

Thanks for the info - I will get a Disklok too. I'm getting nervous about security in general because in July my Subaru Forester STI that I was readying for sale was broken into on my drive and thieves made off with the tailgate and bonnet lock. Now the Scooby is locked away in the garage whilst I get it sorted. Of course fitting a Disklok won't stop the tailgate being pinched but it's becoming more lawless in our part of the woods so I'm making the car more difficult to pinch. Sofar the spare is still in the boot, but I might do a trial fit soon.
