Steam Train & Launch Summer Picnic - July 19th

We are having a Summer Picnic at Fairfield Lake and Smite Brook Railway, Warwickshire.

There are fantastic grounds to park and picnic in overlooking the railway and lake.

The railway gauge is 7.1/4 inch and has a total continuous running length of 1300 meters and maximum gradient of 1:50.

There is passenger carrying rolling stock which are pulled by live steam and electric locos and also a steam powered launch to take us on the lake.

It would be great to have an idea of numbers for parking so if you could let us know by email if you are coming along that would be great.
 
Our 8 year old nephew, Ben. He loves trains like his grandad (Peter)! There might be his parents and sister too.

I don't know what happened to my last post! but just to confirm Caroline and John will be picnicking with you.
