Spring compensating plates

Hi all, from a new member.

Wondering if anyone can help with a little advice re suspension springs?

I'm replacing the springs on my 997.1 but am unsure which size compensating plate to use on the front and rear. There are 2 options for each. Unfortunately the car currently has Eibach springs on and I'm going back to stock so I can't assume what's currently fitted will be correct. Does anyone know how to determine which size plates to use? I think it's determined by the coloured dashes on the springs?

Any advice appreciated.
