Sourcing beige fabric for seat retrim (werk924)

Trying to get hold of the following cloth fabric for a repair job on my 944 seats and it seems to be available at...

I believe it is the ''Feinflanell 924 S / 944 Modelle 65,20 € / lfm graubeige''

Does anyone have experience of buying from this company? Is it end of line stock or reproductions of the original cloths. There doesn't seem to be an online 'buy' option on their website and obviously its all in German. I assume orders need to be made over the phone and they will ship to the UK?

Flannel - fine pinstripe suggests a 1986 or possibly a 1987 to me, which will indeed be Grey-Beige.
