I have now had my amp replaced - although the sound system now works all the time the sound quality is now very " thin" . An experimnt against a demo car showed the " loud" button is having no effect... Vimal - is this maybe the problem you are having?

Whatever - Becker stereo does not compare to the flat six with surround sound sports exhaust! [;)]

Sounds like you have the same issue. I' ve made mine sound a bit better by turning the bass up to max and making sure the " dyn" switch is on - but its still not that good - and i don' t even have the sports exhaust to listen to!. Not sure if its a fault or just a characteristic of the digital amp - would be interested to find out. The non-digital sound package that I had on my old car was far better.

Also by the way I had 2 wheels repaired by HR Owen for 90 plus VAT per wheel - look perfect (until the next scrape)

Definately sounded better with my " old" amp (when it worked...).

Chipped wheel repaired by a local company - it is going back for a FOURTH time to get sorted. []

This time they remembered to paint the other half of the wheel - only they did it in a different shade.... []
