SORTED 987 - WAterpump relaced Temperature gague NOT working

WE have just changed the Water Pump, Thermostat and the Temperature gauge was not working
Told to make sure it was all purged and all air expelled
And that it would reset itself
Just in case I ordered a new one from Motormania in Shrewsbury - collected it

And Low And Behold it started working !!

Sorry, but I don’t need a temperature sender.
