Something For The Weekend - Sunday 29th March 2026

My friend Paul hosts an eclectic little meet out at Northumberland Coffee House on the last Sunday of the month and this Sunday is the first one of the year.

Location can be found here: https://northumberlandcoffeehouse.com/ NE18 0LL on the same site as Vallum Farm and the event runs from 9am until “the conversation runs dry”. It’s always a very laid back meet with great coffee and cakes (no hot food though) and of course a great run out there and back.

This month it ties in/clashes with the “Wheels int Lakes” event from 10:00-14:00 at Cafe NEAUM at Carlisle Airport so a few of us plan to head there via the Military Road at around 10:00. I won’t be in the 944 as I’m fitting a new gearbox cooler this weekend, and then no point taxing it this close to the end of the month, but will be there in the black Vantage so come say hi (y)

I'd love to bring the Cayman but unfortunately I'm looking after this lump this weekend and a) he won't fit in that car and b) I'll be cleaning drool up inside it for months 🤣
