Finally found somewhere not too far from me that I was happy with to address some rust on my baby. Work required is rust removal on lower outer drivers sill and both front wings. There had been a fibre glass reapair on one of the front wings at some point as well as body filler that was cracking. Agreed scope as remove rust and replace metal where required as well as paint all 4 corners and re stone chip outer sills. Edd at Swanley garage services is keeping me updated with pics on an almost hourly basis so I thought I would share them here if that's ok

I hope they cleaned up both sides of that bit of rusty metal they used to repair your wing with.
 
Well the car is back and I am extremely chuffed! I am really impressed with the work. Car has never been as clean inside or out. They have done a great job of matching and buffing the original paint to the new bits. Looks like a new car! Some pics:

Wow. She looks great, Craig, and it is fantastic to see that you are making her better and better. She deserves it.
 
Lovely to see whats been done to her Craig. I have always thought this one was worth someone 'restoring' not that she was in any way terrible. Thanks for the e mail and im chuffed to see her looking so good. Regards Mas
