Sold my LE Turbo

911 Turbo LE

New member
In a moment of madness i have agreed to sell my LE Turbo,The dealer collects the car on Monday i was putting the car away for it's winter hibernation and realised i had only used it a few times this year, still only has 22,000 miles on the clock.
Monday will be a sad day, i will be sorry to see her go, Now on the look out for a nice 993 Turbo perhaps.

Beautiful car, and the photographs do it justice [;)]

No doubt you'll miss it, but sometimes one has to move on ...

Suggest you dont look at what the dealer will put her up for![:(]
The car was going to a private man in Switzerland for £45k just a little less than the blue LE at Gmund Specialist cars, which has been for sale for ages. Hairpin Company made me an offer i could not refuse, far more than £45k He sells it on for a profit thats OK thats his job The trade offer was better than the private man.

with a rare car like this you cannot just pick one up from your local porsche dealer like the 996 so you can almost name your price unless you are desperate to sell which i am not, after all they only made 50 LE Turbo's and with only 20,000 miles it would be hard to find another. Respectable dealers do not mess you about and have the cash.If Hairpin fail to collect the car on Monday i have a number of people waiting, or i will keep it. The Aston, Ferrari and BMW i sold this year i had so many stupid offers and silly swops it's just not worth the bother. Thats why i did not advertise the car i just sent a couple of e-mails and the car was sold within an hour
