I am moving in a few weeks and will be giving up the garage I have rented for the past few years to store my racing car.

The garage is large, secure, dry and in a secluded safe part of town.

no electrics.
access via the lane to the side of the house.
suitable for one car with room around the sides and space for storage of wheels/tyres spares etc.

rare to find something like this in Surbiton / Kingston area and only £60 per month.

front view of garage

secure access is via a narrow grass lane (same width as a Range Rover.)

I only pay £60 per month which is great for a double garage in this area

garage will be cleared out in the next few weeks

wide enough for car and have room at either side to work on it or store stuff

sorted that, seems like a good deal if you are in the area.
