Unlikley. Pilkington are re-starting production and theyre talking about a RRP of $500, or about half the price that the eBay fellow is hoping for.

I've read that too, but nothing firm is there, it's one of those "ile believe it when I see it" things for me.
 
Yes, theyre more likley to get here through personal import and if theyre through Pilkington theyll be a lot more than £300. Theyll be brand new though and theyll be a lot less than £700!
 
It might not sell very quickly but if someone REALLY wants one he 'might' get the asking price.

I imagine the current owner paid a similar amount so its just a case of waiting for another one to come along
 
My experience of Pilkingtons for small batch runs is not good - I think some of the people involved are still waiting for new screens something like 4 years later.
I too will believe it when I see it. I'd quite like one mind.
 
I have one for a 924/944 with manual sunroof for sale if anyone wants one? Much cheaper than that with original bag!
