Lo all, as I 'love' my fellow 944 enthusiasts just a quick note to say :

If you are going to bid on it fine but please unless you genuinely want it for parts
then please view it first and make your decision based on what is in front of you
or ask me what I just saw.

I will gladly explain what I saw to anyione genuinely interested .

Living proof really never buy a 944 unseen unkless you pay parts money.

Regards Mas

new clutch, new sills, tidy interior....

belts need doing I guess

doesn't look terminally rotten

Is it more than one car?

That's a very clean Interoir 4 white. Noticed the bumpers flaring out on one side, quite a few do this.

He said seen, so I'm guess it's not mercanical. Hmmm most pannles have been resparyed. Maybe it's this.

Bad sill repair , been off the road since 2010. Paint blown in re the sill repair ( badly) generally scruffy inside and out. Other paint ( matched badly) The pics are distant and in no way reflect what this car looks like. You know the phrase you cant polish a ' goat herd' ? . Resprays are expensive as you know. Duff paint is a deal killer for me unless a car is for track or parts only.

I doubt if those sills will last long and I'd rather buy a car with honest sills even if they hadnt been replaced personally.

Even though he knew exactly when I was going to arrive he had the bonnet up and his dear lady was trying to stitch up the steering wheel on my arrival.

I asked him did he want me to show him the bad sill repair and he said " no im not bothered " I read that to mean something but I wont risk breaking any rules by offering an opinion on it.

In short its not the shiney nice looking car the pics suggest and I didnt even bother to start looking at the engine and other mechanicals as there was no point.

Ive seen tons of better ones sell for around 3,000.
