S2 keeps flooding!

Ok good idea - Can you recommend where I could buy a suitable fuel pressure testing gauge from?

(I take it you remove the large nut on the fuel rail and plumb it in there?)

Simple way to test what may be wrong with yours is to pull the vaccuum pipe off that regulator, (at the rear of the motor end) and turn it over. If fuel pisses out, it is the diaphram gone and not only is your fuel pressure too high, but the fuel si getting sucked into the inlet mani via that vacuum line and soaking your plugs.

Mines done it this week too, I sussed it fairly quickly, thankfully, but still waiting for GSF to get the regualtor, paid for courier service today, but of course it never turned up and they sould not be arsed to call me back. Shame I spent £288 on stuff there on Weds....

Useless bunch of etc etc etc

Yup it was the 'Fuel Pressure Regulator'

Bought a new one at Porsche for £98 (ouch!) plumbed it in and the car started straight away.

Thanks for the help guys! [:)]

Don't forget that oil and filter change before driving , thined oil = washed bores and bearing damage , well done on getting it sorted ![:D]
