I am also quite unsure how durable poly bushes would be.
The bushings for the side plates are actually the only ones that I already have - they are available from Elephant racing in the US.

What am i missing
Trailing arm to torsion Bar carrier..... (4 bushes)
Spring plate......................................( 4 bushes)
Trorsion bar carrier to Body................(2 bushes)

those bolt on ones are very expensive, I took a chance and ordered a used set from LARS parts in the USA they are in very good near perfect condition I guess No salt in the roads in California and they only cost me £20 per pair.
these will be one of the very few used bits that I've fitted on the car so I may change my mind at the last minute and buy new ones but it is something like £430 for the 4 bushes[X(]
