Route and hotels suggestions

Hi,

I am planning my very first road trip with my new 992.2 down to the South East, around the coast / Seven Sisters area.

I am looking for advice about some scenic driving routes and one or two hotels (with safe parking).
No need for anything close to a city-center, as long as dining options are good enough

Anything top of mind?
