It would be glorious if these proposed plans were be sanctioned - all sounds great . However given the it's extremely turbulent past I'll believe it when I see it .
 
That article is from March. Capricon couldn't come up with the cash so its now in the hands of some russian or other....who knows what will happen long term, however the track day dates for next year have been published.
