Strikes me what you need is complete sills from your OPC, then cut off the bits you want to use as patches.
 
Ah Thanks. In that case I think I'll doo the whole sills in their entirety. Its only taken 6 years to do all the welding on my 1972 Capri so that should be a breeze!! Thanks again, I'll email them and get a price.
 
Hi Guys. Just looking to source repair panels for the sills and can find the rear quarters easily but not the lower front quarters.
Any ideas where these can be got? Will the OPC's be able to get them?
I think a reasonably made panel will be better than my steel fabrication!!

Try Andy at promax he got me panels that were on back order from porsche.Always go for full porsche sills and save yourself a load of time and cash in the long run.Take it from some one wno knows this only too well.
