removing rear seats in a Cab?

I think that the rear seats in a Cab are slightly different to a coupe but does anyone know how I get them out?

They look like they are glued in place right now which may be from the factory or more likely to be from a PO
 
Really!!!! I'm not impressed, everything else in the car seems really well designed and put together, glue on the seats seems so lazy! How on earth do I get them out? It seems so crude to hack away at glue and then just tug at them but is that what is required?
