Has any one removed the centre console from their RS ie the bit that houses the hazzard and brke light off switch and runs between the seats?

I managed to push the central locking blanking plate though the hole when cleaning the car and need to remove it to insert a new one.

Thanks

That'll teach you to clean your RS..Wait till the boys hear about this, you'll be taking pictures of it next.

Yoda the small section with the warning cancel button etc and the the seperate section with the rear wing override are just push fit. So just pull it to remove. There is no need to remove the whole centre section.

Paul.

Thanks Paul. Removed, plate reinstated and reinstalled in less than 5 minutes. I think you saved me a couple of hours at least[:D]

I agree with Allan, you will go to (RS) Heaven!!!

Thanks again.
