Is anyone looking to go to this on 13th sept?

Happy to meet up for a convoy from princes Risborough/aylesbury/Thame?

James

James, it's disappointing that no one has responded. I am working on that day so cannot attend. I see that the Boxster Register are organising a convoy, why not see if you can join them, albeit not in a Boxster!

Hi James, I plan to go to Upton House but as I am already North of Aylesbury would join the Buckingham Road at Winslow then to Brackley and then Banbury.
All this very much depends upon the weather.
Incidentally, this is the same weekend as the Goodwood Circuit Revival meeting and the Duxford airshow (with two Lancasters !) so don't know how many members will attend.

Hi James,

I'm going, but will probably be shooting up early if Ken needs any help on the day. I think it's going to be popular, but agree with Robin that the date's not ideal.

Thanks all, just got back from hols...bit cold compared to Turkey!

Not got organised for revival this year so thought this event would be a good alternative. Will hope to see some of you there.

2x Lancasters = 8 awesome RR Merlin engines.....a sound to perhaps match a Porsche flat 6!? What a sight and sound that will be.

Out of interest, has the region done a morning blast around some of our local roads with a lunch to finish off?

James

Would have loved to go, especially seeing it is such a stunning venue. Unfortunately, university open days and trying to find a "fit" for my young man is the order of the day so cannot make it.

James,
I am going and joining the Boxster register convoy from M40 J10 Services at 9am, as it is on the way for me.
Chris

R20 is looking to do a convoy ... details TBC but likely to be meeting up at Beaconsfield Services (M40 J2) ... if this helps... I am sure that you will be most welcomed to join in...
