rear strut brace

Hi


Can you get a rear strut brace for 944 '82' if so which is best and where can i get one .

It already kind of has one mate. As pointed out there are no struts to speak of but there is a strut that bolts across the transmission tunnel, presumably to stop the chassis from flexing around this point.
 
There is also a dirty great big steel tube which forms part of the rear suspension. Strut braces are there to prevent relative motion of the suspension - there can be no relative movement of the rear suspension on a 944.

Oh yes one almost forgot about the torsion bar. A good point well made Scott.
