Rear brake upgrade

I am posting this in the 996 section because there are similarities with my 997.1 If anyone has upgraded the rear brakes from a 996 or a 997.1 Carrera 4 to 4S specification can you say whether this was a straightforward change of calipers, discs and pads or was it necessary to make other changes. I should say that I have already done the fronts and it required new hubs/wheel carriers.
Checking part numbers the rear hubs and general layout looks similar between the 4 and the 4S.
Any comments would be much appreciate.
