Deb & I will definitely be attending Race Retro again this year and if anyone would like to know more, you’re welcome to drop me a line or pm me, see HERE for more info.

Race Retro is a fabulous event, celebrating historic motorsport, iconic cars, legendary figures, and exhilarating live rally action all in one place especially if, like us, you spent a large part of your youth eagerly following the RAC rally season every year. Here's a gallery from one of our previous visits.

Covering disciplines including formula and circuit racing, rallying, hill climbs, touring cars, single seater and one marque series, GT cars and more. The event showcases iconic competition cars across the expanded four halls, alongside this you can catch one of the many motorsport legend interviews or rummage for hours around the trade stalls who seem to offer everything from medicals, to clothing to all the tools and spares you could ever need.

Renowned for its exhilarating outdoor action, the sights, sounds and smells instantly transport you back to eighties rallying especially when the Group B cars hit the live rally stages, as over 120 ex-works and WRC cars shows us what they're made of. Not to mention you can also, for a very reasonable fee, experience a passenger ride in one of their fantastic cars!

Please note it may also be worth adding the discount code EM2 when booking tickets, this previously offered a small discount if it's still live.

One thing that hasn’t changed though, don’t forget to wrap up warm.

Deb & Greg.

Would have loved to go to see the classic rally cars in action but unfortunately we are at a wedding that weekend.
