We are pleased to announce that this year's R21 Concours is being held at OPC Hatfield on the Tuesday evening of 2nd July.
There is no entry fee or advanced booking, just turn up (in a Porsche) and enter, our Concours is open to entries from all regions.
This year we will be having the same four categories as in previous years based on mileage, up to 25K, 25-50K, 50-100K and Over 100K.
In addition we have the Best in show for the coveted annual Porsche Hatfield Trophy, plus this year Fastlane Paint and Body have agreed to sponsor and judge the 'Best Porsche Bodywork' competition.
Our Concours is more a show-n-shine, because we do not look at Engine compartments, luggage compartments, underside or interior. The main reason being we need to keep it simple as we would normally have 80+ cars to judge within a 2 hour window
The marking system is based on 25% for the bodywork, 25% for the wheels and wheel areas, 20% for the windows, 10% for age, 6% for PCGB region and register badges, 4% for displaying service book and 10% judges discretionary for originality.
The event timing is as follows:-
6.30 to 7.30pm CARS SHOULD START ARRIVING.
7.00 to 8.30pm JUDGING TAKING PLACE
8.00pm LAST ENTRY TO CONCOURS ACCEPTED
8.00pm ROY SCAMELL TALK, VIDEO AND Q&A
9.00pm CONCOURS RESULTS & AWARDS
9.30pm RAFFLE DRAW IN AID OF HERTS AIR AMBULANCE

OPC Hatfield has donated the top prize for the raffle in aid of Herts. Air Ambulance - A driving experience at the PDC Silverstone
