PPI needed?

Hello all. Some quick opinions needed please. I've recently sold my 981 Cayman and I'm on the look out for a 992 to replace it.

Seen a 2019 Carrera S, 23,000 miles, full OPC history and extended warranty (suspect the car might be SOR) at a non-Porsche 'prestige car' dealer. Planning to see the car shortly - assuming all goes well and no alarm bells start ringing, would you get a pre-purchase inspection done regardless? Are these just too complex and potentially expensive to gamble on? Or, as it's relatively low mileage and serviced at the right places, could a post-purchase inspection be an option instead?

I'm not planning to run it without a warranty and I wouldn't just rely on the 111 point check if it comes to it.

Thanks in advance...

I think that if it is SOR and the owner has extended warranty that is in date, it can be transferred to a new owner without going through the OPC route.
With such a low mileage, has the car been regularly used or in long term storage at some point? These cars like to be used so I would study the service and MOTs for any clues. Clearly a PPI would be useful if it can be arranged - as an aside, I had a 2019 992 C2S and thought it was a great car.

Thanks Peter. The usage profile is a little odd, judging by the mileages at MOT - approx 1.5k miles a year for the first few years then suddenly 10k and then 12k last two years. Not necessarily a problem, assuming correct servicing.
