A date for the diaries. We're planning on going over the border for this as it was good day out last year, maybe do the cable car ride this time. Will probably be stopping again for breakfast at the Groes Inn on the way (for the non-tighta***s amongst us [;)]).

Sorry, I should have said that of course everyone is welcome to join us at The Groes for breakfast, tighta*** or not. The former amongst us though should be aware that a Groes breakfast costs more than the cost of the share of a Travelodge room for the night [:D] [sm=kiss.gif]

I'll have to check with my Sec. if that date is free.

Think the smoked salmon for breakfast may swing it, for Lorraine, I'll go for the full breaky, (30 quid and your set up for the day)[:D]

glad we've got 3 months to save up.

Great day out last year, even if we did have every type of weather on the day.

For anybody wanting to make a weekend of it, the Anglesey PCGB track day has now been confirmed for the preceding day - Saturday, 27th April. Not an hours drive from the Groes... [:D]
 
we have booked at the groes inn saturday night, dinner, bed and breakfast, en-route back from a few days in ireland. i just hope we don`t get any very loud porsches waking us up for breakfast! [;)]

It's getting to the point where I need final numbers so I can book in for Breakfast at the Groes Inn. Please reply with a yay or nay and the number per car.

Thanks Brendan - are you meant to tell them at time of booking or is it still worth me sending them an email - we got quite a good deal by staying 2 nights and they threw in dinner for a nominal sum.
 
hi mike, i am staying so wont need booking in for breakfast, unless they are doing a big table?? if they are my mate gary and our lizs` will be there too.......no aston parking on the prom though!! ha ha hah!!

i got a discount when i booked but will check to see if i can have more........not been tight or anything!!
 
Michael, as previously noted, I have booked Groes Inn for 27th April and will be accompanied by Jane!!! ie 2 for brekky. Any idea what time is best to assemble, showered and shaved? (and dressed).

Hi Paul.

Your breakfasts will be included in your room rate. I don' t need to count you in our numbers. You are however welcome to join us lowly non residents.
