Hi someone tell me where I can get a workshop. manual for a 911-996 C4Cabriolet year 2000.
After something like a Haynes Manual.
If you have one for sale could message me.
Cheers.

Hi John, hope this helps. To my knowledge Haynes didn't do a manual for the 996.
The best I have been able to find was the Bentley Publishers' Service Manual:-

It's a pretty hefty 2"+ book and is the best I've found in almost 10 years of 996 ownership. I'm not a mechanic but have found it useful and an interesting read!
I bought mine via Amazon (I recall at £110) but you'll also be able to find a few on Ebay. They really vary in price; Amazon have one at £170 today, Ebay have two; at £111 used and £271 new. I'm not sure about the "new" as I don't think they are / have been in print for a while. Other Forum Members may wish to add / update.
I confess that I waited about six months until I found one (used) at the price I was prepared to pay.
Good hunting, Chris
